Kylie blends meditation, breathwork and nervous-system tools to help people feel softer, steadier and more themselves again. Her work is practical, grounded and designed to make calm feel usable in real life.

Joanna White - Soul-Centred Astrologer

Joanna focuses on Soul-Centred Astrology, helping you tap into your unique path in life through your personal Astrological Blueprint.
She has practiced Western Tropical Astrology since her teens and now teaches online and runs The Astro Edit a weekly group in Penzance exploring the movements of the skies and how they interact with individual charts.

Jade LEIGHTON -Sound Practitioner & Nutritional Therapist

Jade has been in the holistic health space for years through her Nutritional Therapy practice, but always felt called to sound healing.
In February 2025 she trained in multi-instrumental sound healing in Bali, turning a long-held dream into reality.
She now offers restorative sound journeys across Cornwall using elemental instruments and sacred voice to support deep rest and emotional recalibration.
