For the overstimulated and overwhelmed
August 28th - 31st 2026 stress sucks
Reset Retreat:
kudvha
why this retreat?
Because switching off has become harder than ever. You can go on holiday and still feel wired.
You can rest and still feel tired.
You can take time off and still feel mentally “on.”This retreat is designed to do something different:Help your nervous system actually come downThrough a combination of nature, guided sessions and space, this weekend is about creating a real reset — not just a break.LET’S BE HONEST
Life is a lot right now.
You’re spinning plates, replying to everything, holding it together
but your brain never really stops. And even when you do rest, it doesn’t quite touch it.That’s where this comes in.THIS IS YOUR RESET
This weekend is about stepping out of the noise and into something slower.
Not more input, not more pressure — just the space your system has been asking for.
You’ll leave with real tools you can take home, and small shifts that help you feel more like yourself again.
The Experience
This is your out of office, done properly.
A long weekend designed to help you step out of the pace of everyday life and give your nervous system the space it’s been missing.❋ A guided resetAcross the weekend, we move through:
NOTICE → REGULATE → RELEASE → RESET
You’ll experience:
guided meditation + breathwork
nervous system regulation tools
gentle movement
reflective sessions for clarity
Each session builds on the last — so you don’t just feel good in the moment, you understand how to get back there.
❋ Space to actually switch offThis isn’t back-to-back programming.
Between sessions, you’ll have time to:
walk the land and forest
explore the coastline
rest, read or do nothing
fully step out of your usual routine
This space is where your system starts to settle.
❋ A considered daily flowEach day is gently structured to support how your body actually resets.
Mornings: guided sessions (meditation, breathwork, optional yoga)
Afternoons: free time to rest, explore, or use the space — including sauna, hot tub and time in nature
Evenings: slower sessions to unwind, reflect and integrate
You’ll have guidance when you need it, and space when you don’t.
❋ A reset you can actually feelBy the end of the weekend, you can expect:
a calmer nervous system
more mental space
better clarity and focus
tools you can take back into real life
Not just a break a shift.
You don’t need more time off.
You need a different kind of space.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.Day OneArrive & land
This retreat is designed to follow how your body actually unwinds — not a packed schedule, but a considered flow across the weekend.
There’s structure when you need it, and space when you don’t.
All sessions are optional — you’re encouraged to listen to your body throughout.

Kudhva isn’t a standard retreat venue. It’s a design-led, nature-immersed space created for people to properly step out of everyday life.Set between forest and coastline in North Cornwall, it combines striking architecture with wild landscape cabins tucked into the trees, a private lake with a cabin on the water, its own waterfall, sauna and hot tub, all surrounded by open space and quiet. The space has been featured in titles like Hypebeast for its unique design and approach to modern nature stays but what makes it special is how it feels to be there.Time in nature has been shown to reduce stress, calm the nervous system and support mental restoration. At Kudhva, that’s built into the entire experience. This isn’t just a place to stay it’s part of the reset.meet your host
