Learn to Meditate: 6-Week Course
A practical, supportive course to help you reduce stress and anxiety through meditation that actually fits your life.
Starting Thursday 11th September at 7.30pm (UK time), this six-week live Zoom course will guide you through simple, effective techniques – from breathwork and mindfulness to guided visualisations and mantra – all designed to help you find a meditation style that works for you.
Each 1-hour session includes:
A live guided class each week
2–3 audio meditations to practise at home
A weekly handout with prompts and tools

You’ve tried before but struggled to stick with it
You want to feel calmer, clearer, and more in control
